Order Processing...

Please allow 1-3 days for orders placed to be packed and shipped. I will endeavour to get your orders out to you as soon as reasonably practicable. During busier times (like Christmas) this may take longer.

Shipping rates...


Australia Post will be used to ship all your wonderful orders. Shipping is available in Australia only and will be charged at a rate of:

$9.50 for Standard Post

$12.40 for Express Post.

Nakit Collective is not responsible for delivery times and any other related postage issues. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct postage details. Once an order has been sent, Nakit has no responsibility for lost items.  For further information about Australia Post , please refer to their website.

NOTE: Australia Post is experiencing massive delays due to covid19. Please understand Nakit can not be responsible for these unforeseen postage delays.

Refunds and Exchanges...

Unfortunately jewellery cannot be replaced or exchanged if you change your mind or purchased the incorrect pair.

If  jewellery is damaged or broken due to incorrect handling and care, we cannot replace them.

If jewellery is damaged within the first two weeks, please contact Nakit via email to discuss potential replacement repair/replacement options. 

NOTE: An inspection of damaged or broken earrings will need to occur prior to any decision.
